Product description：

Purpose-built for aggressive chemical environments, this 10" Jumbo housing is constructed from specialized chemical-resistant PP, capable of withstanding strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents common in electroplating and chemical processing. Unlike traditional brass-ported housings, it features 1" NPT PVC ports that eliminate corrosion risks from plating baths and acidic wastewater. The housing supports customization of sump thickness and Viton/FKM seals, enhancing durability in extreme chemical conditions. Rated at 100PSI working pressure and 32°F-140°F operating temperature, it efficiently filters metal particles, sludge, and chemical contaminants from plating solutions and rinse water. The heavy-duty clamp-lock design ensures secure sealing even under chemical exposure, while the smooth internal surface prevents residue adhesion. Compatible with 4.5" x 10" ion exchange, activated carbon, and specialty chemical filter cartridges
