A food-grade FRP RO membrane housing tailored for the food and beverage industry, designed to meet the strict hygiene and safety requirements of food processing water. It can accommodate 3 standard 8-inch (8040) membrane elements, providing high-volume and high-purity water for food and beverage production. Constructed with food-grade resin and fiberglass that meet NSF/ANSI 61 standards, the inner wall is smooth and non-toxic, ensuring no contamination of the product water. The 3-element design reduces system footprint and simplifies piping, while the 500PSI working pressure ensures stable water production efficiency. Equipped with easy-to-disassemble end caps, it facilitates membrane replacement and system cleaning, meeting the hygiene requirements of food processing plants.
Membrane pressure vessels application:
1. Beverage production: Suitable for bottled water, soft drinks, beer, and fruit juice production enterprises, used in the purification of raw water and production water, ensuring the clarity, taste, and safety of beverages.
2. Dairy processing: Applicable to milk, yogurt, cheese, and other dairy product production factories, providing high-purity water for milk processing, cleaning, and sterilization, meeting dairy product hygiene standards.
