Designed specifically for high-pressure reverse osmosis applications such as seawater desalination and industrial wastewater reuse, this 8040 FRP membrane housing can accommodate 2 standard 8-inch (8040) membrane elements. The side port connection design optimizes piping layout, reducing space occupation and facilitating system maintenance. Constructed with high-quality imported fiberglass and resin, it undergoes a computer-controlled winding process to ensure uniform strength distribution in both axial and radial directions. The inlet and outlet are made of 316L stainless steel, providing strong corrosion resistance against high-salt and high-chlorine media in seawater and industrial wastewater. With a working pressure of 600PSI, this housing is a core component for high-efficiency salt removal and water purification systems.
