Product Description

Strong Base Type Anion Exchange Resin is an ion exchange material containing quaternary ammonium functional groups that remain fully ionized across the entire pH range. These resins are classified as Type I or Type II based on the specific quaternary ammonium group and are capable of removing all anions, including weakly ionized acids such as silica and carbon dioxide.

Water Demineralization: Used in combination with cation exchange resins to produce deionized water in mixed-bed or two-bed systems.
Silica Removal: Specifically effective for removing silica and other weakly ionized anions from water.
